Initiatives worked with Cliff Illig and other business leaders in the Greater Kansas City Region to develop the original business model for EnterpriseKC a new, disruptive strategy for regional economic development focused on growing enterprises on a cluster by cluster basis.  Over a three-year period, Initiatives worked with EnterpriseKC principles to classify initial target clusters, pinpoint unique cluster assets, identify cluster potential through primary research and direct interviews with cluster business leaders, and develop EnterpriseKC’s operational infrastructure.
